Who are we?

We are CENTURY 21 Discover Realty Inc., a team of fine agents who have been serving Clay, Duval, and St. Johns Counties since 2003. What you may not know is that we once were a part of CENTURY 21 Harris Real Estate & Associates, Inc., which had been serving the Clay County area for over 25 years. Kathy Tinney had been with CENTURY 21 Harris Real Estate for over 21 years, first as an agent, then as an assistant manager, and finally as a sales broker. So when Mr. Raymond Harris decided to merge his offices into one location in Jacksonville, Kathy decided to take over the Orange Park office. Kathy has diligently recruited new agents and carefully trained each of them using the CENTURY 21 Training programs and computer technology. She added them to the staff of seasoned professionals that did not transfer to the office in Jacksonville. Along with her staff, she has made many upgrades to the office. We still offer our services for buying, selling, renting, or property management. The property management division is maintained by Kathy's son, Stephen Tinney. He has been in property management for several years and has added a new computer program to make the daily maintenance of property management more efficient for our owners, tenants, and property managers.

Christine Kimbrough has stayed at the office and has been in real estate for many years. She also lives in the area and is very familiar with Clay County. If you've lived in Clay County for a while and had a real estate transaction with CENTURY 21 Harris Real Estate, you might very well know her. She is very professional and know what it takes to list, sell, and close on a home.

Agents that have recently joined our staff are Cindy Kasonic, Charlotte Atkinson, John Harris, Samantha Shaw, Rebecca Gagnon, Sandra Greene, Charleen Henshaw, Amanda Perez, Barry Hart, Marsha Hall-Prieto, and Michelle Koester. They may be fairly new to real estate, but don't let that discourage you from asking for one of them when you call or drop by. All of our agents are ready to serve the public's real estate needs when the time is right to take that next step to home ownership, selling your home, renting or letting us manage your property.
